Tried several meditation mats/cushions, this is certainly the best. I have problems with my ankles and the “outer” side of my feet due to the pressure of my body weight on them. Cannot meditate for more than 45 minutes. Now I can have a session 2 to 3 hours long and no pain. Such a huge difference, thank you so much! After several weeks, love this so much that we bought four more cushions. BTW, they also have the sport cushion as well, just a bit thicker. My son prefer the this thicker one, to him it’s more comfortable.
