Treatment of Pressure Sores

Always consult with a doctor or your nurse at the first sign of pressure sores. Change positions often and spread your weight evenly. If it is too much for you, then ask family members to help. In chairs and wheelchairs shift your weight often. Certain chair exercises can keep the circulation going. Be careful of infections.
