Eat more fruits Fruits consist of vitamins and minerals. Do you know taking in synthetic supplements are not the same as consuming the foods direct from nature. This is so true on so many levels. Be sure to fill your palate with a different variety Watermelon, Apricots, Avocado, Apple, Cantaloupe, Grape etc.
